 managing the AL Wild-Card ANGELS team 
 to an 11 game post-season series sweep 
 winning the IRBL World Series.

 their dues and are eligible to make 
 trades except:

   ANGELS for MORGAN ENSBERG, ANGELS' 
   1ST round pick.
 The DODGERS traded BRANDON BACKE, 
   DODGERS' 2ND round pick to the 
   ANGELS for ROGER CLEMENS.
 The RANGERS traded LUIS CASTILLO, 
   JULIO LUGO to the BLUE JAYS for 
   RANDY D. JOHNSON, BLUE JAYS' 2ND

   pick.
 The BREWERS traded RAY DURHAM to the
